Beginning in 2017, Shremshock has provided P.F. Chang’s with architectural and MEP engineering services on a wide range of projects including remodels, conversions, and tenant improvements. In addition we have been working very closely with them and their other Architect to develop a new prototype building and our the lead MEP design firm for this process. As part of that process we have assisted the client by reviewing the current prototypical drawings and identifying areas of potential cost savings. Areas reviewed range from construction detailing changes to simplifying the construction documents to obtain efficiencies of design. We continue to be a collaborative partner with P.F. Chang’s as they strive to streamline construction and business processes to reduce costs.
