This project included the renovation of approximately 14,000 sf of the surgery department for Lima Memorial Hospital. The project was completed in eight separate phases to stay operational while OR’s were renovated and new functionality was added including a new endoscopy area, a hybrid OR, and the renovation of two OR’s to accommodate the Di Vinci imaging equipment. The existing PACU was relocated to a more functionable area and enlarged from 7 beds to 13 beds.
