Timothy J. Shremshock
Responsibilities: As studio manager, Tim
Shremshock provides supervision of the architectural studio. He assigns
projects to his project managers, approves schedules with our clients and
ensures those schedules are met by providing the necessary staff to complete the
work. He also provides programming, schematic design, architectural
design, cost estimating, contract negotiation, assists in bidding and
permitting, and construction administration. He checks the drawings for
accuracy before submitting them to our Principal-in-Charge for final quality
checking and signing. Tim Shremshock also serves as project manager
on select projects. Personal Profile: Tim Shremshock has spent his entire 13-year career at Shremshock Architects, Inc. accumulating experience in the multiple markets, making him an integral part of the SAI team. Working his way up from a drafts-person, he has learned through the close tutoring of the Principal-in-Charge. His experience and insight into the various markets we serve are a valuable asset to our clients. Tim Shremshock is currently testing for his registration. Education: Miami University
