Design Philosophy

The principles that Mr. Shremshock has instilled in his design team are among the reasons why the clients of Shremshock Architects have stayed with the firm for so many years. These principles are never changing or compromised, and include the following:

• The client comes first
• The client is the most important member of the team, because it is their dream and ideas that we are going to make a reality.
• Maintain communication

If everyone on the team (including the client, the engineers, the construction teams, and the architects) knows what is going on, then no one is surprised at the end of the project. We have weekly project meetings, from design phase to construction, with the client and/or liaison in attendance. This saves time and money because unforeseen issues are resolved before they can cause delays or secondary problems.

Every project is unique, and at Shremshock Architects we approach each one with enthusiasm and a commitment to the client's budget and schedule needs. With a strong core of project managers, many of whom have been with the firm 10 years, we incorporate sound design principles that are original and exciting, while conveying the highest standards of professionalism.
